I am a both a CT Licensed Cosmetologist and Tattoo Technician, Certified Microblading and PMU Artist, and Certified Master Eyelash Extension Educator. With more than 15 years dedicated to the beauty and permanent makeup industry, I am committed to personalized care, ensuring every individual receives attentive service. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:
Deposits:
Your deposit is required to hold your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
Rescheduling or Cancellations:
• If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date within one year.
• For cancellations made LESS than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date within one year if due to illness or emergency.
Illness or Emergencies:
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness or an emergency.
No-Call/No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
